This unexpected boot come
promo is a fabulous beginning to the year for Goldsmith soundtracks.
From the packaging to sound, presentation is at an optimum and
that's only the beginning as we are treated to a 77 minute run
featuring the complete score from prologue to the end titles
compilation. The only oddity is a supposed 'suite' rounding out
the CD which does not sound like Goldsmith at all, more like
a concert re-recording. However, this can be easily overlooked
for it's all those juicy extra cues that excite; Forest Ambush,
The Gauntlet and The Abduction of Guinevere to name but a few.
Seek this CD out at all costs!
