Mainly images of Jerry Goldsmith from a very young age up until the seventies.
The first picture features the composer's long time orchestrator and friend
Arthur Morton. Image 4 is of Jerry and mentor Jacob Gimpel. Image 6 is from the
Wild Rovers sessions. Image 8 is a proud Jerry with his Oscar for The
Omen. Images 9, 10 and 11 are courtesy of Joey Newman and reproduced here with
his and his Aunt's very kind permission. Image 9 and 11 is probably from The Sand
Pebbles sessions. Jerry is with his friend and colleague Lionel Newman in
both shots.
Image 10 sees Jerry and Carol on the right with Lionel 3rd in from the left with
his brother Marc. I am sorry I do not know the other guests. This was a BMI
dinner early 70s. The last picture is Jerry with Lionel Newman on his retirement
party.
