Two Days In The Valley

A Fascinating opportunity to hear one of the composer's few rejected scores. And like most rejected works, there is little evidence as to why it was never used. A violent black comedy in the Pulp Fiction style, had the composer write a hugely inventive score dominated by some dark and intriguing synthesiser work, but with an equally solid orchestral layer with some wonderfully tongue in cheek references to The Godfather. This boot CD features the complete score at 46 minutes, with a very detailed sound, a fair stab at presentation and cue titles and timings.

Expanded review to follow.
